Week 1: Your What and Your Why
Until you get really clear on what you want, you’ll never have it. We’ll use specific techniques to drill down under the surface to what is truly important to you. Once we’re clear on what you desire, we’ll dig into your big Why. What drives you? What motivates you? Armed with your What and your Why, you are ready to move forward.
Week 2: Clear the Clutter
This week we’ll start to look at what’s been getting in your way. There may be physical clutter – your home, your car, your workspace. Or somewhat less tangible clutter – money, paperwork, bills, computer files, calendar. Or mental clutter – overwhelm, stuck-ness, confusion. We’ll take a look into each of these areas and simplify to clear the way to your desires.
Week 3: Master Your Mindset
If it was safe and easy to have what you want, you would already have it. We are very good at protecting the status quo and keeping what we want just out of reach when getting what we want feels just a little bit risky. This session is all about making it safe to have what you want. You’ll be amazed at how this opens you up to forward movement!
Week 4: Achieve the End Result Now
This is one of my favorite tricks! It’s about stepping into the future you now. Not when you are ready. Not when you’re more deserving. Not when you have permission. Now! It’s about trying it on for size, taking it out for a spin, stepping into the feeling of your future. You’re going to love this!
