I’m not here to tell you what to eat …
Because you and I both know that just knowing what to eat isn’t going to get you what you want.
There are thousands of diet books, cookbooks and meal plans out there. And yet food is still a struggle.
For women like you and me – women who have been dieting and counting calories and fat grams and going on and off of sugar for decades, just knowing what to eat isn’t enough. If it were enough, you wouldn’t be here – still without THAT body, still wishing it were easier, still trying to figure out why your body won’t cooperate.
How many times have you started over? How many times – whether it is tomorrow, next Monday, the first of the month, or the new year – have you said Things will be different this time?
And maybe you stuck with it for a few days – or maybe for a few weeks, months, or even years – but eventually something happened. Maybe it was a big thing – and a big binge. Or maybe it snuck up on you (not unlike those pesky pounds) – just a bite here and a nibble there. And you were back where you started. AGAIN.
Are you ready to try something different? Are you ready to settle this food thing once and for all? Are you ready to fall in love with your body (whether is cooperates with you or not)? Are you ready to be fully engaged in your life and all of the turmoil that comes with it – without turning to food for comfort?
You’ve been at this long enough to know that it’s not just about the food. Yes, the food matters. But there is more to the picture, isn’t there? Deep down, you know that going back to the same old meal plan (even if it worked before) isn’t the answer. If you are ready for real change, you need a new approach.
I’m here to add a new set of tools to your toolbox. Tools that lead to true transformation. Support to help you not just to change what you eat, not just to change habits. These are tools that will change your relationships with food, with your body, and with your life. True lasting change – without force, without struggle, without feeling like a failure.
I invite you to start with downloading your free gift. I want you to take some quiet time, curl up with your favorite cup of tea (or a nice glass of wine) and read my eBook. So just enter your name and email up on the right side of the page.
It will be different this time.
Here’s to peaceful eating,
